Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of buildurdreamhomenow.com and your interactions with Build Ur Dream Home Now. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
Website and Service Information
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Service descriptions, images, examples, availability, timelines, materials, and project details may change. A website description does not create a binding project scope or guarantee a particular result.
Quotes, Pricing and Payment
Project pricing depends on property conditions, materials, labor, design choices, measurements, permits, site requirements, and the final scope of work. Any estimate or quote is subject to confirmation. Final pricing, payment schedules, deposits, and approved work should be documented in the applicable project agreement.
Project Conditions and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, reasonable site access, timely decisions, and approvals required for the work. Existing conditions discovered after work begins may require changes to scope, pricing, or scheduling. Required permits or inspections will be handled according to the applicable project arrangements and local requirements.
Changes, Delays and Cancellations
Changes requested after approval may affect cost and completion time. Delays can also result from weather, material availability, site conditions, inspections, permits, third-party suppliers, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Cancellation terms, if applicable, will be governed by the signed project agreement.
Third-Party Products and Services
Projects may involve manufacturers, suppliers, installers, technology providers, utilities, or other third parties. Product availability, warranties, specifications, and performance may be subject to the third party's terms. We are not responsible for matters exclusively controlled by third parties.
Warranties and Disclaimer
Where applicable, warranties are provided according to the written project agreement or manufacturer terms. Except where required by law, the website and its general information are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or suitability for a particular project. Specific work warranties should be reviewed in the applicable agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Build Ur Dream Home Now will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from website use or reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
